Why We Started Brooks Care
Brooks Care was born from a personal understanding of how difficult it can be for patients and families to navigate the healthcare system — especially when transportation is a barrier. Too many people miss critical appointments, delay treatment, or forgo care entirely because they simply cannot get there.
We set out to change that. Based in Woburn, Massachusetts, Brooks Care provides non-emergency medical transportation that is more than just a ride — it is a lifeline. From dialysis patients who need consistent weekly transport to seniors who need a caring hand getting to their doctor, we are here for every journey.
