Automatically applied fees

Dead miles to pickup: $2.00/mile after the first 5 free miles (garage to your pickup address, calculated automatically).
Return without passenger: $2.00/mile for the trip distance — applied automatically on one-way bookings.
Rush-hour pickup (7–9 AM or 2–4 PM): +10% on the full trip cost, applied automatically based on your pickup time.
Weekend trips (Saturday & Sunday): +20% surcharge on the full fare (applied after rush-hour if both apply).

Optional add-ons

Additional passengers: $25 each, subject to vehicle capacity.
Waiting time: $85 per hour, charged in 15-minute increments ($21.25 each).
Wheelchair rental: $30, arranged in advance and subject to availability.
Caregiver escort: $45.00 per started hour.

Recurring transport requires an individual quote. Brooks Care is a private pay service — we do not accept insurance or MassHealth.
